Our Tribal Health Clinic follows the Medical Home Team model. In this model you have provider who’s backed up by a whole team to assist you with your care choices. If you have not already been assigned to a provider and team please ask registration we will see to it that you are. You have an active voice in your healthcare! Even with the choice of provider.
We currently offer family practice, women’s health and pediatrics clinics and, with our team model, you have access to behavioral health, pharmacy, and medical social services. In addition, we have a fulltime psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on staff.
Specialist Care
To complete our services, we offer Specialist Care on a visiting schedule to include Urology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, Hepatology, as well as a variety of cardiology support clinics including pacer and echo clinics. We arrange Holter monitoring and in-home sleep studies here in the clinic.
Same-Day Clinic
In addition to our standard Clinic appointments, we now see patient with unexpected health concerns by appointment daily in our Same-Day Clinic for health concerns such as ear pain, rashes, pain without injury, join injuries, USCG/Sports physicals, spikes in existing chronic pain, or for follow-up care after an emergency room visit.
Walk-In Clinic
Our Walk-In Clinic on the 2nd floor, sees patients with urgent health concerns in order of need after triage, providing care for needs such as acute sickness or pain, suspected bladder infection, injuries, mild abdominal pains, skin infections or rashes, headaches, dizziness, or work releases. Walk-in patients are triaged and seen in order of need. We appreciate your patience.
Appointment hours in our Clinics are Monday through Friday 8:30am until the last appointment at 4:30pm, closing at about 5pm. Wednesday mornings our Clinics open at 1pm. Our Walk-In Clinic is open most days from 12pm to 1pm so you can be seen during your lunch hour.
