PHARMACY REFILLS

Request your refills anytime.

There are now several ways to request your refills from the KICTHC pharmacy. Whichever method you use, please be sure to request your refills 3 working days before you plan to pick up your medications. This time is needed to fill your prescriptions and to obtain authorization for refills from your provider, if necessary. It also provides us time to order your medication if we don’t have it in stock.

MyMobileRx, is the fastest and easiest way to request your refills using our mobile app. You can download on the App Store and GooglePlay and link to our pharmacy by searching 99901 and tapping on KIC pharmacy and saving. Enter the prescription you wish to refill by selecting the PRESCRIPTIONS icon in the bottom left, then tapping the + icon in the top right on the next screen. After adding your birthdate, simply enter or scan the QR code on your bottle to insert your prescription number. On the next screen you can then tap on the prescription to see details and current status and schedule your refill by selecting the REFILL button. Please note, if no REFILL button appears, please call the pharmacy at 907-228-9205.

The KICTHC Pharmacy Refill Line is another quick and automated option for requesting refills of your medications by dialing 907-228-9205 and selecting OPTION 1. Enter your prescription number, verify your name, and insert your phone number. If you are told that no refills are available, please select OPTION 1 and the pharmacy will contact your provider to request a refill for you.

Or leave us a message by calling us at 907-228-9205. Your message should include your name, chart number or birth date, and the names or Rx numbers of the prescriptions you need. If you do not indicate which specific medications you need, pharmacy may not be able to process your request as quickly.

To receive text message alerts to your phone when your refills are ready to be picked up, simply call the pharmacy at 907-228-9205 to set up the text alert service.
